Abstract

This article focuses on the analysis and management of real estate risks in China. Through case studies, data statistics, and other methods, it systematically analyzes the policy, market, financial, and operational risks faced by the real estate industry. Research has found that policy regulation uncertainty, market supply-demand imbalance, high leverage operations of real estate companies, and poor corporate management are the main risk factors. Taking the debt crisis of Evergrande and urban unfinished building projects as typical cases, this article explores in depth the root causes of risks and their impact on the industry, financial markets, and society. On this basis, targeted management strategies are proposed from three levels: government, enterprises, and financial institutions, such as government improving policy regulation and market supervision, enterprise optimizing strategy and financial control, and financial institutions reasonably controlling credit and innovating services. The research aims to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for preventing and resolving real estate risks, and promoting the stable and healthy development of the real estate market.
