Business and Finance Integration in Financial Transformation

Abstract

Enterprise managers rely on the information provided by financial management to make management decisions and decision-making business. Financial management plays an important role in economic development and enterprise management. However, with the changes of social environment and business environment, only accurate prediction and rapid decision-making can enterprises adapt to the changes, which requires more time, accurate, complete and systematic business process information and powerful information management tools. The traditional financial management can no longer meet the needs of internal refined management. Therefore, there must be change-financial transformation. This paper discusses the meaning and the importance of business and finance integration in financial transformation, and puts forward the key content of business and finance integration and how to achieve it.
