Research on the Relationship between Enterprise Performance based on the Iceberg Theory and the Structural Equation Model

In 2020, the COVID-19 epidemic hit has had a crucial impact on the survival and development of small and Medium-Sized enterprises. As the core key of small and Medium-Sized enterprises, business model can generate new market resources for them, find new economic growth points, discover new competitive advantages, and create more effective enterprise competitiveness. According to the business model iceberg theory, the enterprise listed on December 31, 2017, adopts the research method of structure equation model, and quantify the corresponding financial indicators of the business model of small and medium enterprises, analyzes the relationship between business model, dynamic environment and enterprise performance. The research shows that: (1) SME business model has positive effect on long-term performance; (2) SME dynamic environment has positive effect on short-term performance; (3) SME dynamic environment has positive effect on business model; therefore complement the dynamic environment to form a benign development to improve SME performance. It is of reference value and significance for small and Medium-Sized enterprises to formulate a reasonable scientific system and promote the rapid development of enterprises.
