The Influence Mechanism of Leader's Authorization Behavior on Employee's Innovation Behavior

In the context of Chinese culture, this paper explores the influence of the leader’s authorization behavior on the innovation behavior of employees in the enterprise, and explores the mediating role of psychological authorization in the influence process. Using questionnaire surveys, empirical analysis was conducted on 425 questionnaire data with employees from companies in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and other regions as the research objects. The results show that the leader’s authorization behavior has a positive impact on psychological authorization and employee innovation behavior; psychological authorization has a positive impact on employee innovation behavior, and psychological authorization plays an intermediary role between the leader’s authorization behavior and employee innovation behavior.
