Research on Optimization and Allocation of Internationalized Labour Cost of Chinese State-owned Enterprises under the Background of "The Belt and Road Initiative"

With the In-depth development of the “The Belt and Road Initiative”, Chinese enterprises are facing new development opportunities as well as incalculable difficulties and challenges. During the development of enterprises, human resource management has always grabbed attention in terms of enterprise management. In the process of internationalization of Chinese State-owned enterprises, the management of resources can improve their comprehensive competitiveness to a large extent. Therefore, in this paper, we first analyze the shortcomings and contradictions in the human resource management of existing Chinese State-owned enterprises. On top of that, we then introduce the theoretical basis of human resource allocation optimization under the background of "The Belt and Road Initiative" to think about how to improve the level of human resource management, finally we demonstrated the feasibility of the theory by demonstrating a study case.
