Research on Employees' Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility, Sense of Work Significance and Organizational Identity

On the basis of consulting relevant literatures, this paper studies the relationship among employees' perception of corporate social responsibility, sense of work significance and organizational identity. The study found that employees' perception of corporate social responsibility has a significant positive impact on organizational identity, and the sense of work significance plays an intermediary role between employees' perception of corporate social responsibility and organizational identity.
