The Validity of ‘Consent’ in the International Court of Justice

Does ‘consent’ have a role to play in the enforcement of the court’s decisions, as they are sometimes not effectively enforced by the states concerned. This paper will explore the role of ‘consent ‘in the application of jurisdiction.
