Study on the Strategy of the Evaluation System of Equity Protection in the Construction Industry

Abstract

Taking the shortage of workers in the construction industry as the entry point, this paper studies the protection of workers' rights and interests within the industry based on the construction workers' real-name policy; by establishing a comprehensive evaluation model with K-means clustering and principal component analysis, the evaluation system for the protection of the rights and interests of construction enterprises is established from both qualitative and quantitative analyses. Finally, an optimization scheme for the sound protection of rights and interests in the construction industry is proposed.
